RITEAF (RI Telecommunications Education Access Fund)

  • The RITEAF application process is now open to all schools and libraries in Rhode Island.

    Please use this link:

    for forms for the School Year 2018-2019.

     

    If you need School Lunch Free and reduced data (October 2016 most recent) please use this link:

    The deadline to apply is September 22, 2017. All bandwidth increase requests must be emailed to Karen Cooper with the supporting documentation and Excel file.

  • Technology Plan (Tech Plan) - Only Districts are required to submit a Tech Plan.  Direct Connects no longer require this.  Your Technology Plan should be updated annually.

 

 

Form 470 (Description of Services Requested and Certification Form)

  • Must be posted at least 28 days before the filing of the Form 471

Form 471 (Application for Discounts)

  • To be submitted during the "Filing Window" (dates TBA)

Form 486 (Verification of Services)

  • To be filed out after you have received your Funding Commitment Decision Letter (FCDL) and the delivery of your services has started
