Please join for the K-12 Web Filtering Discussion on Safe Search on Tuesday, June 21st from 10am - 12pm at the OSHEAN offices.
Many schools have inquired about the OSHEAN iboss internet filtering solution, particularly regarding the Safe Search components of Google and YouTube.  Content filtering is an ever moving target and how Safe Search services work in any application, relative to a content filtering resource, also changes rapidly. Most any solution for web filtering supports Safe Search - it's part of the business. The tricky part is maintaining consistency when parameters change - which occurs often as mentioned.  OSHEAN’s filtering solution, built on the iboss platform, consistently ranks among the best web security appliances.  We’re committed to assuring any K-12 using the OSHEAN iboss resource has the ability to maintain a filtering policy relative to their goals. We think now is a good time to discuss filtering based on the inquiries and some of the information we are hearing across the K-12 member base.  We plan on demonstrating how schools can use these tools to protect students from offensive and inappropriate content.
If you are unable to attend in person, participants can join the meeting via OSHEAN’s video conferencing platform by clicking here

We look forward to seeing you there!
